Dr. Steven Richter is a lifelong resident of Morristown. He graduated from Morristown High School in 1970, and then attended Brown University. After graduating with a BS in Biomedical engineering in 1974, he attended Fairleigh Dickinson University. There he received a DMD with honors in orthodontics in 1978.

He started the practice in Morristown and continued his education in advanced studies in Orthodontics at the US Dental Institute and graduated in 1985. Continued education in the field of dental implantology has kept Dr. Richter on the cutting edge with restorative dentistry involving implants.

Dr. Rishi I. Nijhawan, born and raised in New Jersey, has been a resident of Branchburg for the past 20 years. Being inspired by his orthodontist as a child, he pursued his interest in dentistry by going to the New Jersey Institute of Technology‘s 7-Year Accelerated Dental Program. After being a part of the Albert Dorman Honors College, where he received a bachelor’s degree in engineering science in only three years, he subsequently received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, becoming the youngest dentist in his graduating class.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Ramsey attended Montclair State University where he earned his Bachelors (cum laude) and Masters, with a thesis and research in reversing antibiotic resistance using green tea polyphenols. He served as an adjunct professor for MSU and Union County College teaching Microbiology for Nutrition, Dietetic, and Nursing students. He worked at Johnson & Johnson as a scientist before switching careers and attending dental school to pursue his vision of helping heal patients clinically. He continued research while in dental school focusing on implants, 3D printing, and long-term success rates of implants.
